Carl Fearby

Carl Fearby is our founder and technical director, or as some say managing director, Carls background is very varied and has build solutions for Glaxo Smith Kline and Mars (master foods) he has also been technical consultant for Pepsi UK and worked on numerous projects.

Carls background is originally in residential and business telephony and at an early age worked for Birmingham cable soon moving from an installer to a supervisor, then to manager and area directors for The Kelly Group who were contractors to Birmingham Cable (now known as Virgin Media).

Carl spent much of his early days interested in the internet and found ways to exploit it to its full potential. Pushing the boundaries of what was possible in a browser almost to a point of waiting for browser manufacturers to keep up!!

In 2001 Carl started his first internet company based in Lichfield and started to develop the industry winning Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution then known as Affinity GO and Create Content Management Systen (CMS). Previous to this Carl had worked for companies providing Internet Solutions to SME and Bluechip companies in the UK for close to 9 years. Later Carl moved operations to a his own company Paper Hat Solutions Ltd, whilst retaining the web development chapter in the previous company, To keep things simple all operations were later moved to the sole company Paper Hat where all products from past companies, have been migrated for better interpolation and improved product relationship and are now developed in one company.

Carl has built a solid commitment and relationship with clients second to none and retains a key position in the Search Engine community as one of the original forefathers in the technology of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), producing results for such companies as Car Rentals and The Financial Helpline.
